About Me
My journey into Cranio-Sacral Therapy began through a lifelong interest in natural health, wellbeing, and the connection between body and mind. After many years of working in demanding technology and leadership roles, I experienced first-hand how stress and life's challenges can affect both our physical and emotional wellbeing.
While searching for gentle and effective ways to restore balance, I discovered Cranio-Sacral Therapy. Its holistic approach and the positive changes I experienced inspired me to train professionally at the College of Cranio-Sacral Therapy in London, one of the most established and respected Cranio-Sacral Therapy training colleges in Europe, under the guidance of Thomas Attlee.
The human body is extraordinarily complex. Symptoms rarely exist entirely in isolation, and sometimes continually trying to correct or control what is happening does not address the wider picture. Meaningful change can begin when the body is given the right conditions and support to respond, reorganise and find greater ease.
This is at the heart of how I work.
Feeling better also begins with being truly heard. Physical discomfort, emotional wellbeing, stress and life experiences can influence one another, and every person's circumstances and history are different.
I therefore don't work from a standard formula. Drawing on both Biodynamic and Biomechanical Cranio-Sacral Therapy, I adapt each session to what I find and to what your body needs at that particular time.
My aim is to help create the conditions in which your body can move towards greater balance, resilience and wellbeing — whether you come because of a specific physical difficulty, the effects of stress, a period of recovery or simply because you no longer feel quite yourself.
