Cancellation Policy

When you book a session, that time slot is reserved specially for you. I ask that you inform me at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Any cancellation made less than 48 hours in advance, as well as any missed appointment, will be charged at the full session rate. To cancel or reschedule, please contact me by telephone as soon as possible.

I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and I will always do my best to find a solution where possible.
